This week in 1983, Blind vision by Blancmange entered the UK top 10 at number 10, having entered the top 40 two weeks previously at number 28. This was the highest position the song achieved as it dropped out of the top 10 a week later. A further three weeks in the lower top 40 followed before the record left the chart.
Blind vision was released on the London record label and was the second of three UK top 10 hits for Blancmange. It was included on the gold-selling album Mange tout, which peaked at number 8 in the UK album chart in 1984.
