Where is the love? by the Black Eyed Peas entered the UK singles chart at number 1 this week in 2003, replacing Are you ready for love (remix) by Elton John. The song spent six weeks at the top of the chart before making way for Hole in the head by the Sugababes.

After falling from the top spot, the song spent another five weeks in the top 10, four of them in the top 5. A further two weeks in the lower top 40 followed before the record left the chart.

Where is the love? was released on the A&M record label and was the first UK number 1 hit for the Black Eyed Peas.
