Set You Free – N-Trance Featuring Kelly Llorenna

N-Trance and Kelly Llorenna occupied the UK top 10 for nine weeks in 1995 with this track.

This week in 1995, Set you free by N-Trance featuring Kelly Llorenna reached its highest position of number 2 in the UK singles chart, having entered the top 40 four weeks previously at number 6. After one week at its peak position, the song started to slide down the chart but stayed in the top 10 for another four weeks, three of them in the top 5. A further two weeks in the lower top 40 followed before the record left the chart.

Set you free was released on the All Around The World record label and was the first UK top 10 hit for both N-Trance and Kelly Llorenna. It was taken from N-Trance’s album Electronic pleasure, which did not enter the UK albums top 40.

The song had first entered the top 40 in 1994 but had only spent one week at number 39. In 2001, the single was re-issued as a remix and reached number 4.
