Live Forever – Oasis

Oasis took this track into the UK top 10 for two weeks in 1994.

Twenty years ago this week, Live forever by Oasis entered the UK singles chart at its highest position of number 10. After two weeks at its peak position, the song dropped into the lower top 40 for the final two weeks of its chart life.

Live forever was released on the Creation record label and was the first UK top 10 hit for Oasis. It was taken from the album Definitely maybe, which spent one week at the top of the UK album chart and was certified platinum seven times. The single was certified silver.
