Baby cakes by 3 Of A Kind replaced Thunderbirds / 3AM by Busted at the top of the UK singles chart this week in 2004 in its first week of release. It spent one week at number 1 and then made way for These words by Natasha Bedingfield.
After falling from the top spot, the song stayed in the top 10 for another six weeks, four of them in the top 5. A further five weeks in the lower top 40 followed before the record left the chart.
Baby cakes was released on the Relentless record label. It was the only UK number 1 single for 3 Of A Kind.
