Ten years ago this week, Never felt like this before by Shaznay Lewis entered the UK singles chart at its highest position of number 8. After just one week in the top 10, the song dropped into the lower top 40 for the final six weeks of its chart life.

Never felt like this before was released on the London record label and was the only UK top 10 hit for Shaznay Lewis. It was taken from the album Open, which peaked at number 22 in the UK album chart.
