Move On Baby – Cappella

Twenty years ago this week, Move on baby by Cappella entered the UK singles chart at its highest position of number 7. After one week at its peak position, the song started to slide down the chart but stayed in the top 10 for another two weeks. A further three weeks in the lower top 40 followed before the record left the chart.

Move on baby was released on the Internal Dance record label and was the third of four top 10 hits for Cappella in the UK. It was included on the gold-selling album U got 2 know, which peaked at number 10 in the UK album chart later in 1994.
