Sixty years ago this week, Say you’re mine again by June Hutton and Axel Stordahl with the Boys Next Door reached its highest position of number 6 in the UK singles chart. It had entered the top 12 six weeks previously at number 10 but had spent the next three weeks outside the top 10. After one week at its peak position, the song fell to number 10 for one final week in the chart.
Say you’re mine again was released on the Capitol record label. It was the only UK top 10 hit for both June Hutton and Axel Stordahl.
